"THUMB-WAR" is the ultimate head-to-head mobile gaming experience! Battle your friends in fast-paced, 1v1 action on a dynamic grid-based arena, all on the same device. Master swipe controls, unleash powerful charged shots, and reflect enemy attacks with precise shield timing. Whether you’re aiming for quick victories or outsmarting opponents with tactical maneuvers, every match brings intense competitive fun!
I was tasked with designing a progression level for an existing published mobile game, following an established art style. The requested theme involved situating each level near a different planet, effectively creating a miniature solar system.
To meet the technical requirements for mobile optimization, I modeled low-poly planets and assets in Maya. I then assembled the scene in Unity, incorporating a custom skybox to create a vibrant space environment. To enhance the atmosphere and bring life to the scene, I added a rotation script to each planet. For visual clarity and intuitive navigation, I indicated the progression path using small rocks and placed a bright star at each level node, guiding players smoothly through the levels.
This project allowed me to balance creative world-building with optimization for mobile performance.
